METHODS AND TRANSIT TIMES
We primarily use USPS for all of our shipping. Tracking will be emailed once the order is shipped.

*If you need an order expedited, please email us at email@example.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
- All other rates vary-find out at checkout
- Personalized items take 5-7 days to process
- Orders placed after 7 am CST on Friday will process the following Monday
- The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
- We're not responsible for USPS shipping delays.
- Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
Due to the nature of letterpress printing, each piece we print will be subtly unique. Variations in inking, color, impression, and position are to be expected. Similar variations may be found in our digital and foil printing.
It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with the product, we will be happy to give you a full refund or exchange for any unopened/unused merchandise within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Once the return has been authorized, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label.
You cannot return items that were personalized/monogrammed, free gifts, promotional items with a retail value, purchased longer than 3 days ago or marked as final sale.
